1. Definitions

• “the website” means hugandheal.co.th and all pages under that domain.
• “content” means the text, images, video, graphics, logos, articles and any other information appearing on the website.
• “you” means a visitor to or user of the website.

2. Use of the website

This website exists to provide information about our pet hospital and community space, and to give you a way to contact us and request an appointment.

The website has no public user accounts and takes no payments.

3. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the website after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. The website is not veterinary advice

The content on this website, including our pet-health articles, is general information only. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or veterinary advice specific to your pet, and it is no substitute for an examination by a veterinarian.

Any decision about your pet's health should be made after consulting a veterinarian who has examined your pet.

If your pet is in an emergency, please telephone a veterinary facility directly. Do not use the website form or LINE messages to report an emergency — those channels are not monitored at all times.

5. Enquiries and appointment requests

Submitting the contact form or messaging us on LINE is a request only; it is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only once our staff have replied and confirmed it with you.

We aim to reply during business hours, but we cannot guarantee a response time.

6. Service and price information

We take care to keep the service and price information on the website accurate and current. Prices shown are indicative, to help you plan. The actual cost depends on your pet's condition, size and treatment plan, which the attending veterinarian will explain to you before treatment begins.

We reserve the right to change service and price information without prior notice, and to correct typographical errors or inaccuracies on the website.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the website and its content — including text, images, video, graphics, trade names, trade marks and logos — belong to the Hospital or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted no right or licence in our trade marks or logos. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit the content without our prior written permission. You may share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way contrary to public order or good morals;
• submit false information, abusive messages, or bulk automated submissions through the website's forms;
• interfere with or damage the website's systems, including by distributing malicious software;

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not permit it to be limited or excluded, including liability for our fraud or gross negligence, and nothing here affects our professional responsibility as veterinary practitioners for treatment actually provided at the hospital.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hospital and its directors, employees and agents against reasonable loss, damages and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful conduct, except to the extent caused by our fraud or gross negligence.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes void, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Thai law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with them falls within the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
