Hug & Heal is open every day from 09:00 to 21:00 with no closing days, and a veterinarian is on duty throughout opening hours. We do not offer 24-hour service at the moment. For an after-hours emergency, message us on LINE and our team will reach a vet for you, and refer you to a trusted nearby 24-hour hospital if your pet needs immediate care.

Hug & Heal accepts both advance appointments and walk-ins. We recommend booking ahead so you get a time that suits you and wait less, especially in the evenings and on weekends when the queue fills up. If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, you keep your original slot.

You can book an appointment at Hug & Heal through LINE. Send us your full name and phone number, your pet's name, species or breed and age, the symptoms or service you need, and the date and time that suit you. Our team will check the vets' schedule and confirm your slot. If you have visited before, adding your H/N number makes it faster.

For an appointment at Hug & Heal, bring your pet's vaccination book or previous medical records, any medication they take regularly, and a leash or carrier. If your pet will be admitted as an inpatient, also pack their food, wet wipes, absorbent pads, cat litter and personal items.

Hug & Heal is on Ratchaphruek Road, just past Ratchaphruek Soi 10. The landmark to look for is the entrance to Prukpirom Regent Ratchaphruek-Sathorn with its brick-orange clock tower, and we are right beside it. Free parking is available on the hospital grounds.

Hug & Heal has free parking on the hospital grounds, so there is no need to look for a space outside.

Hug & Heal cares for dogs, cats and exotic pets. The dog side is kept separate from the cat and exotic side so that every animal is calmer from the moment they walk in.

At Hug & Heal up to 3 owners can go into the exam room with their pet in most cases. For some additional procedures or in an emergency the vet may ask you to wait outside for safety. Other family members, young children or other pets can wait in the lounge area.

You can request the same veterinarian at Hug & Heal by giving us their name when you book. Our team will check the duty roster for you. If that vet has no slot at your preferred time, we will let you know the earliest one available.

Hug & Heal welcomes second opinions. If you have had a diagnosis elsewhere and still feel unsure, bring your pet in and talk it through with us. Please bring the vaccination book or previous records. We will give you our honest view without criticising the other hospital.

Hug & Heal accepts cash, bank transfer, credit cards and debit cards.

For an inpatient stay (IPD) Hug & Heal takes a deposit of 50% of the cost the veterinarian has estimated, rounded to the nearest thousand baht. The deposit is credited in full against the final bill and is not an extra charge.

While your pet is staying at Hug & Heal we send a daily cost summary to your LINE every day. If the veterinarian needs to add a procedure or change the treatment plan from the original estimate, we always tell you before going ahead.

Visiting hours for inpatients at Hug & Heal are 11:00 to 16:00 and 18:00 to 21:00, up to 15 minutes per visit, so that your pet and the others in the ward can rest. Let us know in advance and the team will have your pet ready. Throughout the stay we also send photo and text updates twice a day.

The Dog Park at Hug & Heal is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00. It is currently open to clients visiting the hospital, at no extra charge. Come in for a check-up, anal gland expression or nail trim, then let your dog run and play afterwards.
